From what we can tell, this deal is a diamond in the rough. Not wanting to be limited to only one deal per year, we look into other low down-payment loans that you don't have to claim residency. Is going with Airbnb a good idea? Can you calculate an expected return from it?     Episode 19 - Real Estate Market Madness, Why is this Market Different than 2008?

    What's going on in the market? We analyze three properties that recently came on the market and determine if any of them are a good deal. Is it possible to find good deals in our current market? We break each property down and run the numbers live to show exactly how we analyze.  What is an investment? Is it something that generates income or does saving money also count? These simple definitions are what we internally use to justify our decisions. We go through all the different ways that the topic could be argued, and how it could affect decisions that we make.  If the market does continue to trend upwards, can we expect a similar situation to 2008? How does the current landscape compare to what things were like in the great recession? Are they similar or completely different?
