A Conversation on Mental Health among the Youth with the Youth

After the events in 2024 in Kenya, here are young people discussing mental health. They share their personal experience amd their opinions on the same. If you're a young person now, you may relate to them. My heart goes out to young people in the country now and mostly to anyone struggling with mental health issues. I hope you get through it. I hope things get better. Sending love. -with love, Njeri ❤️ Ps. Shoutout to Wahu, Martin, Maria, Duncan and FG for agreeing to do this, dedicating your time, resources and letting us into your hearts and minds, but mostly for your patience. I'm grateful.
