    I remember being a teenager, expressing great interest in becoming an adult. I take it all back! LOL. I was only interested in having the freedom to do as I pleased without authority, rules or direction from the adults in my life. I never wanted the responsibility of being an adult. Now, that I have the freedom of choice, I rather have my life managed and financed by mature adult. I do believe social media has shaped this narrative of what an "adult" should be in order to be considered "successful." Social media is a life that we must not try to create into our own realities.
