This has been a great podcast for rides to and from preschool and gymnastics. There’s no questionable language, so I can play it with my kids in the car and they enjoy it too. It’s a great listen for parents of all ages. There’s advice and ideas thrown in, but very naturally and peppered with funny stories. It will probably will generate plenty of memories and even nostalgic conversations around the dinner table with older kids and dads. I am a voracious podcast consumer, and I can report this ‘cast avoids a lot of the common pitfalls. These two sound practiced with their speaking, avoiding the near-constant filler words (especially “like”) that infect the presentation of several pods I otherwise enjoy. Also, although the listener can tell these two hosts are old friends, they aren’t self-indulgent in their conversations — it’s really presented in a manner that is compelling and filled with laughs, tips and advice. The conversations feel natural, but don’t linger — there’s no chance to get bored if parenting and modern life are subjects you’re interested in. Highly recommended.
