    The I Am Podcast is a simple and quick way for kids to center their day. My daughter, Natalie, and I often say affirmations on the way to school each day. One morning, she said, "Why don't we make our own affirmations podcast - just for kids!" And, that is how the I Am Podcast was born. She and I come up with ten affirmations per topic, and she records them in our studio/bedroom closet! We hope you enjoy listening to and practicing these positive statements, and we would love to hear ideas for episodes, so feel free to email them to us!
