I share my trials and tribulations with eating properly and shared knowledge of a pivotal factor like Dr.Sebi, who changed the way people view the digestive system and what they intake. I also talk about energy and go on a rant about protecting your energy and watching the people around you. Appreciate everyone who listens and more consistent episodes are on the way!
