    Sitting outside the clinic.

    Nervous to go inside because I might get help and I might not. I’m just done feeling useless and disgusting and depressed. Taking the first step in admitting there’s a problem...we’ll see where it goes from here.

    The hard part

    Admitting weakness and fear is not as weak or scary as we build up. I’m finally opening up about my struggles and took myself to a mental health walk-in for an assessment after having a mental break the other day. This is the start of my journey to god knows where. But I hope someone connects and finds peace and a knows they are loved.
