    Her Face Was Not Quiet

Join Tressa and Taylor for part two of their Ireland trips. Join us as we talk about our different thoughts on the Cliffs of Moher, the illness that plagued Tressa at the end of her trip, and the story behind a few popular phrases. Sláinte!

We Know It's Not The UK

Join Tressa and Taylor as they discuss their different trips to Ireland - Taylor's first trip in 2013, again in 2019, and Tressa's in 2024. We're talking stupid 19 year old kids, tea trolleys, how you can never sleep in if you're with a tour group, and the world's oldest pub.

  5. 10/27/2024

    Arsenic and Old Lace

This week, we're watching the 1944 film "Arsenic and Old Lace" starring Bristol-born Cary Grant! Grab a glass of wine (ideally sans-poison) and listen to our review of this classic movie.

    They’re Just Not The Same

The newest episode of We Are Not Amused is live! This week, Tressa and Taylor watch and compare “Ghost” starring Patrick Swayze, Demi Moore, and Whoopi Goldberg and “Truly, Madly, Deeply” starring Alan Rickman, Juliet Stevenson, and Michael Maloney. Do these two movies actually have a similar story? Are there any comparisons that can be made? Tune in to discover the truth!

Teeny Tiny Little Baby Thread of a Tie (to the UK)

This week's episode (as the title suggests) is very, very loosely related to the UK. Tressa went full-midwesterner on this one—sorry, y'all! Saddle up for the story of Tom Bass, one of the greatest horseman of all time, who once declined an invitation to England by Queen Victoria herself (yep, that's the whole UK tie-in).

  8. 09/15/2024

    Space Babies

Space babies are here! Get ready to dive into this crazy episode of Doctor Who where Tressa and Taylor discuss the new doctor and companion, creepy CGI baby mouths, and bogeys.
