    In this week's episode, your host (Deisy) reveals something she has never spoken about. A trauma that caused her to develop Dissociative Amnesia and Depersonalization- derealization disorder. A disorder that individuals who have been exposed to sexual or physical assault can develop.  After Deisy had to relive her experience with sexual assault, she had to rely on her support systems and reflecting that it was time to tell part of her story. She had muted herself for so long, still in the process of healing, receiving treatment. Deisy felt prepared to tell her story in hopes that it can help another individuals keeping their-self muted and suffering in silence.     In this week's episode of Opsy Deisy Podcast we focus on the journey on learning how to love ourselves completely, including every flaw.  Your host (Deisy) opens up about her journey of learning how to love herself (the interior and exterior).  As well as, how it took her to leave her parent's home at the age of 22 and moving to New York City to find out who she was.  From finding her own  style, and creating a routine that will allow her to always come first (not caring what others would think about her and etc.  Then your host welcomes this week's guest (Slade), who gets personal with his journey of self love,  how he has learned  to accept him-selves  completely while still keeping in mind  that the journey of self-love is never ending.
