    Had a great chat with Shaun after his attendance to Tony Robins UPW event in Sydney almost 2 months ago! Expect to hear how the event unfolded, what he experienced on those days, as you can imagine the UPW (unleash the power within) is a high energy, mass gathering of people looking to take a journey down, or up, the mental health road..... Some people focused, and other people went dark.... Shaun has a great outlook, drive and focus towards his goals in life and finance.....health too!!

    Todays guest is Levi Almeida, Levi moved here from Maui roughly three years ago, I met him at one of my local coffee shops called Quest, Quest is situated here on the Gold Coast in Burleigh. I've always had interesting conversations with Levi, so I thought, why not have him on the show. We took a deep dive into the cultural backgrounds, the spiritual connections of the people to the land and historical island warfare (it was bloody!) heaps more too, but I'd rather you have listen... Ps... I definitely need to get more educated when it comes to all things history! Soooo much to know and learn.

    Had a decent chat with my mate Jonesy the other day, we chatted all things gym, nutrition, body mass, life on the GC etc. We tried to stay on point throughout the conversation, but sometimes it's just too much fun wandering off on side notes, after all that's what I'm all about! These types of episodes are exactly what we need as a community, slightly insightful, lil dirty, humorous and healthy, but overall, just two people enjoying each other's company, engaging face to face (in the same room!) .... it is what we're missing these days. I'm confident Jonesy loved the chat. Explicit content in this one too.

    Project Kris. Choice. Chance. Change. # 31

    Today, I talk about the contrast between how we received our Dopamine (or all our Endorphins) as kids, compared to how our children receive theirs. Its very interesting, to say the least, but it's also very alarming, because the world we live in is quickly becoming dependent on how much our children consume and that goes for us adults too. I suppose the only difference is that we are more aware of it then ever before, I talk about the things you can do daily (if you don't already) that will help boost your baseline, that will help strengthen your days ahead as you wade through the artificially structured materials that are designed to alter our behavior patterns to a higher level of consumption. Maybe, by altering these factors early, we can better educate our children to understand the changes in their behaviors so they can make healthier choices....... As always , it starts with us, we set any examples, we set a basic standard for them to learn from, be guided by... Choice. Chance. Change. Repeat.

    Project Kris. One year sober #30

    My proudest achievement (besides my kids ha) has been one year sober! ONE YEAR TODAY. Honestly, not the toughest thing I've ever done, but it's definitely the most powerful thing I've ever done, the self-respect and the self-care that comes from running a sober life, is huge! Education is vital, understanding the stages, understanding the warning signs and understanding your body, all vitally important things during a sober Journey. Quote: Sobriety isn't bought, its rented and the rent is due, daily. People and influences are also important, the quality of the people around you will in fact have an impact on your journey.... So be careful on your choices, be mindful of them and make every decision consciously. Choice. Chance. Change..... The three C's are a brilliantly powerful affirmation to use, write it down.
