    We're a quarter way into 2021, and many of our New Year's resolutions are the same as they've always been-- Eat better, Lose Weight, and Exercise More! For some of us, it's been an easy road, but for others, we struggle. It's no surprise that with the unfortunate turn toward the pandemic, that many people found themselves on one end of the spectrum or the other-- Either using the downtime to exercise and gain better control of our wellness, fitness, and health goals, or losing control of those goals completely.
