"That one, having no distractions, has no need for meditation, neither aspiring for liberation nor being in bondage.." 2:15 What does it mean to have no distractions? 2:44 Do Yogis not have imaginations? 3:30 What is an imagination? 4:31 Are all thoughts imaginations? 4:41 So it's just the nature of consciousness, the creative nature of consciousness that gives rise to mind, which gives rise to thoughts, which gives rise to creation. 5:09 How does a Yogi function in the world without thoughts? 5:44 So if nature or creation needs to be dealt with, then it'll arise. Otherwise, it just stays silent? 6:48 The Truth as that which never changes, and which has always existed. 7:29 If a Yogi is in Supreme Peace all the time and free of desires, what motivates him or her to move or to act? 8:17 So, for a Yogi, the only motivation would be to help other people become Yogis? 8:37 "One who still has the ego-sense of 'I' acts even when not performing actions. The one who has no sense of 'I' does not act even when performing actions." 9:13 The Yogi spontaneously carrying out activity, as a witness, witnessing the whole thing? 9:48 A person will never become eternal, but they can realize they are Pure Consciousness, or Eternal Existence. 10:36 Verse 29, Babaji's comments. 11:06 Verse 30. "The consciousness of the liberated One is neither troubled nor pleased—actionless, motionless, desireless, free of all doubt.” 13:14 Is ignorance just the belief that consciousness is a body—that our existence is a body? 14:07 We are aware we exist even without thinking. 15:44 "Pure Consciousness exists in itself." 20:22 Are there any thoughts that can give liberation? 22:18 Verse 31. "The consciousness of the Liberated One has no aim to be meditative or to be active; it simply becomes meditative or active spontaneously." 23:36 If you had to give an identity of yourself, just for the sake of words and understanding, what would you say? How would you identify yourself? 25:26 "The Yogi remains quiet and does not experience any destiny mentally and watches as a witness." 26:46 Most people’s mind have something going on all the time, like imagining and remembering. 27:43 So, being involved in your thoughts constantly you're unable to see your Self? 28:58 Can a yogi have a desire? Could he wish something for the world? 29:57 The world is not because of our own desire or making? What produces it? 30:26 Verse 32. " On hearing the real truth spoken, an unreceptive, dull student might become bewildered. A more qualified student might withdraw his mind's activity as instructed, and might thus appear like a dull fool." 32:20 Verse 33. "Those who are perplexed constantly practice concentration and control of the mind; but the Wise—abiding in the True Self —do not find any actions needing to be performed.” 35:19 Everybody nowadays has a means to post on the internet to tell the world about their mind, and it can get pretty bizarre. 36:12 So many mixed messages and gurus cropping up in today's world. 38:01 Verse 34. "Ignorant people do not attain peaceful happiness by either action or inaction; but for the Wise One simply knowing the Truth gives peaceful happiness." 38:18 What constitutes knowing? And can thoughts liberate a person? 39:14 The only way to know that Truth is to become Truth. You are that Truth. 39:47 In the gap between the relative and the absolute, knowingness of the Self can happen. 41:22 An unrealized person might think the absolute is a state of zero, but in fact it's a state of infinity? 42:20 Meaning of Satyam Shivam Sundaram. 42:53 Why doesn't the Self completely pervade our mind in spite of our ignorance? 45:30 How do I navigate the world knowing that it's all a lie? 48:14 How a Yogi shows compassion. 50:11 Is time also an imagination? 52:57 What is the purpose of God and this creation? 54:13 Can Yogis time travel? 55:00 What does one hour of perfection in meditation look like? 56:15 Why you must avoid moving the body in meditation. 57:53 Meditation without an external anchor. 1:00:02 Is it just time and meditation which helps to heal agitations, to forgive and forget? 1:01:40 If there is no time, there can be no time, even for imaginations. ___ Website: http://www.srby.org Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/shivarudrabalayogi Twitter: https://twitter.com/SRBYmission Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/shivarudrabalayogi/ Register your free place for the live online meditation and Q&A with Babaji: https://www.shivarudrabalayogi.org/en/online-satsang Website: http://www.srby.org Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/shivarudrabalayogi Twitter: https://twitter.com/SRBYmission Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/shivarudrabalayogi/
