    Here we chat to the brilliant Ali Boulton who talks about the work she does on new housing estates...   Ali was a sort of Bishop type person in the Baptist Church, and I remember seeing her helping a colleague/friend out at new wine when his kids were sick in the night, mopping up sick and helping tired parents... Showing servant leadership in a way that really inspired me. She's very cool and wise, and worth a listen!
