Trinity is currently studying at Columbus State Community College, American Sign Language, we will find out how she got interested in this field of study and how dancing came about in her life. Trinity is the daughter of host Sonya Thomas and it just happens to be Sonya's birthday. Sonya felt it would be appropriate and wonderful to have her daughter celebrating her birthday with her and something that Sonya rarely gets to do is share portions of her life and family with the listeners. Tia shares how her life was abruptly interrupted by illness and the untimely passing of her mother andd her sister who passed away from stage 4 cancer. Tia herself has overcome an illness that can be debilitating called fibromyalgia. After seeking help for her condition with no success, Tia learns how to use her athleticism to heal her body and become a Pro Body Builder. Tia D. Turman is truly an overcomer.
