    16. Luca, Friends: The Reunion, The Flight Attendant, Riviera & Peppa Pig

    It's a bit of a NowTV / HBO special this week as Phil & Laurie both jumped on a cheap deal to watch Friends: The Reunion (featuring a shocking surprise neither of them anticipated) and went hunting for more: both watched Kaley Cuoco murder thriller/mystery/comedy/drama The Flight Attendant (not kidding about those genres!) while Laurie took a shot at Intelligence with David Schwimmer & Nick Mohammed and Riviera starring Julia Stiles. For good measure, Phil kept things current and watched Pixar's latest (and surprisingly non-premium) feature, Italy-based coming of age sea monster comedy Luca.     15. Loki, Raya & The Last Dragon, Siberia & Phil's Internet Rabbithole

    Two mystery reveals on today's show + Phil keeps things current with his take on new Disney Plus series Loki, putting Tom Hiddleston (and Owen Wilson??) back in the spotlight, and premium Plus piece Raya and the Last Dragon, an original IP starring Kelly Marie Tran of Star Wars: The Last Jedi fame. Laurie has a fascinatingly innovative obscure crime/thriller series to recommend and a Keanu Reeves-starring romance/drama to avoid called Siberia, while Phil finally lifts the lid on the internet rabbit hole he's been stuck in for weeks.     14. New Movies: Quiet Place II, Bond, Black Widow + Bo Burnham's 'Inside' & Misaeng

    "The cinemas are coming, the cinemas are coming!!" - As lockdown life eases up in the UK Laurie & Phil take a look at the huge spread of blockbusters on-screen & coming up, including A Quiet Place II, Black Widow, Dune, Cruella, No Time to Die, Space Jam, Top Gun, The Suicide Squad... too many to mention! Phil also 'experienced' Bo Burnham's critically & internet-ly praised stand-up special 'Inside'; is it funny or something else? While Laurie finally gushes over unique K-Drama 'Misaeng', which he claims is the best office-based show he's ever seen.     13. Defending Jacob, Zig & Sharko, Ruby Sparks, Serenity, Jurassic Park The Lost World & Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy

    This week L&P play catch up with Phil returning to Apple TV & Chris Evans' family crime drama Defending Jacob + finally getting Laurie's thoughts on bearable kids' TV shows including minimalistically magical Zig & Sharko. Meanwhile in a mini movie roundup, Laurie covers cult sci-fi favourite (but perhaps not for much longer?) Serenity by writer/director Joss Whedon & dips into the late 90s with poor follow-up Jurassic Park: The Lost World; Phil comes back at him with Paul Dano & Zoe Kazan philosophical romcom Ruby Sparks and quiet, controversial John le Carre spy thriller Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy featuring an older than usual Gary Oldman.     12. Shadow & Bone, McConaughey Audiobook, Rocketman vs Bohemian Rhapsody, Medici & Futureman

    Is there anything that wouldn't sound better in Matthew McConaughey's voice? Phil's been enjoying his audiobook Green Lights - for a few specific reasons - while Laurie's just finished watching recent Netflix fantasy spectacular Shadow & Bone, based on Leigh Bardugo's popular series. Phil also has a problem with Bohemian Rhapsody & Rocketman - and the modern rock biopic in general - while Laurie tries to get a handle on his feelings towards funeral & eulogy scenes on TV & film.     11. Love & Monsters, Ted Lasso, Escape from Pretoria, Boys Sate & End Credits Music Round 2

    It's Apple TV vs. the world this week. Laurie saw hyped Netflix SFX comedy adventure Love & Monsters with Dylan O'Brien, and Daniel Radcliffe in apartheid prison thriller Escape from Pretoria, while Phil binged all of Jason Sudeikis' heartwarming sports comedy series Ted Lasso & got captivated by bizarre politics vs. Lord of the Flies docudrama Boys State. Can Apple play with the big boys? You decide! Laurie also challenged Phil to sing the closing themes of many classic TV shows from memory in round 2 of their end credits quiz.     Phil has a quiz up his sleeve this week, testing Laurie on some of his favourite mismatched end credits music, while Laurie tries to find his way through Joe Barton's bizarre Netflix crime drama Giri / Haji (aka Duty / Shame). Phil also went back to check out Pixar's Onwards with Tom Holland & Chris Pratt after being unimpressed by the trailer; did the film surprise him?
