Awesome podcast, even better coach duo

I have been loving this podcast recently! They cover a large range of topics that all help inform my own fitness journey. I also like that Faye and Jess play off each other, seem like they’re having fun (which makes me have fun while listening to them), and both come from professional athlete backgrounds. What’s even better is that they also offer training programs that you can subscribe to and they personalize for you and your goals. They don’t seem to mention this on the podcast much, but I thought that it was really cool and a great way to help put their episode tips into practice!
