Just like the sea, the mind is vast and complex, full of chains and links of DNA that seem to stretch on forever. Because no brain is exactly like another, differences in brain functions or chemistry can result in brain abnormalities that affect daily activity. On the outside, those who have these abnormalities, or mental illnesses, are perceived as dangerous, uncontrollable, or even weak.
