Empathy and Coffee

It’s funny how this is hitting home for me. When I started going through it, exploring religion was the beginning of healing for me if you will. A friend introduced me to Christianity and brought me to her women's church groups. Everyone was welcoming, and I felt support from those around me. Pam was right in a senses of that it’s community based. Another friend introduced me to Buddhism and same thing, she invited me to her women’s group. That one was more of brining out your own strength to overcome life’s hurdles and that taught me that a lot of it comes from within. Antoinette saying religion and spirituality intertwine is right. Since begging this new chapter in my life I’ve periodically questioned my religion and beliefs. I’ve always felt as if I’ve been in-between both. Still believing in God, praying to god, periodically going to church, but still finding that peace and serenity within yourself. Chanting/mediation to give yourself that mental clarity to take on life. Anyway, I love this! ❤️❤️
