    Episode 10: Guardians Of The Galaxy

    This week on the pod we talk about Guardians Of The Galaxy! This is one hell of a ride with a great ensemble cast that can easily rival any other Marvel film to date, with not only a great group of misfits and oddballs that we call our heroes but an exciting and fearsome tyrant that must be stopped. This film has it all, from a great cast to a compelling story and character arcs that just work, we love GOTG and the willy funny and emotional journey it takes us on. With the Guardians come together and work as a team? Will Ronan The Accuser get to purge the universe? Will The Collector manage to do all of his collecting? Will Starlord ever remember the name of the Xandarian girl he hooked up with? Will Nebula ever like her sister? Will we ever actually know what Groot is saying?     Episode 9: Captain America: The Winter Soldier

    This week on the pod we talk about Captain America: The Winter Soldier  We could not wait to talk about this entry into the MCU as it is by far one of the best films to date that Marvel has given us and to be honest a best film of all time in cinema history, if you disagree then just get out of here you no good hydra sympathiser! From action to drama to romance to spy thriller we see it all, with Steve becoming best mate with a dude just by saying on your left as he laps him several times, to then having to stop Hydra from taking over shield whilst being hunted by an assassin even the Black Widow is scared of! Will Steve and the gang be okay? Will they stop this mystery assassin? Will Hydra get what they want? Will Gary Shandling not play a creepy super rapy senator again?     Episode 8: Thor: The Dark World

    This week on the pod we talk about Thor: The Dark World!  Oh boy, what can we say about this? I mean some people love this film some people would say it is the worst film in the MCU to date! We follow a dark elf by the name of Malekith, who wants to plunge the 9 realms into darkness, but can Thor, Loki, The Warriors 3 and Lady Sif, oh yeah and Jane Foster, Eric Selvig, Darcy and new comer Ian all come together to save Earth, Asgard and everything they love? There are so many character in this films its just a bit too much to follow! We do however have some questions, like: Why does Malekith wants to plunge the 9 realms into darkness? Why was his character so downplayed? Why is Ian even in this film, don't we already have Darcy as the comic relief? Why is Eric now acting like a loony? Can Natalie Portman get any more wooden?     Episode 7: Iron Man 3

    This week on the pod we talk about Iron Man 3. When Tony Stark makes the bad decision to sack off a meeting with the tech nerd Aldrich Killian back in the 90's, It seems that years later it would come to haunt him as his world is torn apart by the new formidable terrorist called the Mandarin, but all is not quite as it seems. Tony starts an odyssey of rebuilding and retribution on an emotional driven journey that takes Tony to the edge and sees his story come to an end. I'm sure we'll find out in this episode!     Episode 6: The Avengers

    This week on the pod we talk about The Avengers, or as we like to call it here in the UK Avengers Assemble due to copyright restrictions for a show from the 70's. When a group on unlikely heroes (some with powers and then others who are just there to make up number cough Hawkeye cough) must band to together in the face of adversity to bring down Loki the god of mischief and his alien army the Chitauri who attempt to destroy the earth and everyone in their way. Will they come together as one team? Will they assemble and avenge the human race? Will Loki get what he wants and cause a bunch of mischief? Will Hawkeye do something cool and not be the butt of the MCU anymore? I'm sure we'll find out in this episode!     Epiosde 5: Captain America: The First Avenger

    This week on the pod we talk about The First Avenger, Captain America. From a skinny malnourished kid who wants to join the army but he just keeps getting tuned away, to the buffest Chris in the MCU who takes down Nazi's and alien invaders alike, cause in the end they're all dickheads aren't they. Not only do we get a look into the 1940's and how much of a good time it was, and all the propaganda that it comes with but we see a journey that a bunch of friends go on to take down a Nazi with a red skull quite aptly named Red Skull (he's not really a Nazi, just acts like one) HAIL HYDRA!  Will Cap take down his foe with the help of his band of merry men, or will he just be the laughing stock of good ol' America?     In this weeks episode, we talk all about Iron Man 2 and how we have found a new appreciation for a film we only thought mediocre at first.
