    Cinema Degeneration Presents - "Skeleton Man: Full Length Commentary"

    'Cinema Degeneration Presents' is a podcast that aims to be an all-encompassing show that doesn't limit itself to one topic or genre. We'll be covering all sorts of movies, books, music and more. There will be solo reviews and group chats with multiple different guest hosts and interviews.  Sometimes there will be themed segments such as "How The F$%k Did That Get Made", "The Good, The Bad, The Independent", "Why Is That Not Eric Roberts?" and iterations of past shows like Old Not Obsolete and This Is Your Brain On Film.  For our 8th episode we are bringing you something we haven't done in quite some time, a feature length commentary track from our three hosts Patty Scott, Cameron Scott, and Korey Dawson. We will be dissecting the 2004 schlocky straight to video obscurity "SKELETON MAN" from director Johnny Martin (Hangman, Vengeance: A Love Story) and starring the legendary Michael Rooker and Casper Van Dien. Our hosts will take you on a trip through this supernatural action packed thriller that is a wild (if not incomprehensible) story about a group of Special Forces agents as they search the wilderness for a predator type creature that is hell-bent on a killing spree. Filled with crazy characters, wild scenarios, unbelievable pyrotechnics, and out of this world special effects.  This movie has to be seen to be believed in how bad it really is.  Join us in celebration of this insane and definitely weird movie!   "Listen.     'Howling At The Full Moon - "Gingerdead Man 2

    On our show, "Howling At The Full Moon" which celebrates anything related to Charles Bands Empire of Full Moon Pictures, we're going way back to the early 2000's in our 46th episode with the dark comedy/horror franchise romp "GINGERDEAD MAN 2: PASSION OFTHE CRUST" from 2008.  Directed by William Butler (Baby Oopsie series, Gingerdead Man 3, Demonic Toys 2) and starring Kevan Moezzi, Kelsey Sanders, Joseph Porter, and Scream Queen Michelle Bauer.  This loosely made sequel in the GDM Series is a movie lover's dream as it centers around the maniacal cookie as he crashes a film shoot via catering delivery and leaves behind a trail of bodies.  Join our discussion headed off by our regular hosts Cameron Scott and Full Moon enthusiast Dustin Hubbard as they take a deep dive discussion on the story that includes random films and film references, multiple cameos (including Greg Nicotero, Dave DeCoteau, John Carl Buechler, Adam Green and more) extreme meta 'in' jokes, and more baking humor than you can shake a stick at!   Join us!   "That oughta teach ya to eat raw cookie dough!"

    Grindhouse Pizzeria - "Switchblade Sisters"

    On Episode 33 of our show "Grindhouse Pizzeria" which is dedicated to all things encompassing various Grindhouse, Drive-In, and Exploitation genres; we will be reviewing and dissecting a true classick of the 70's exploitation drive-in era with 1975's "SWITCHBLADE SISTERS". Directed by Jack Hill (Coffy, Foxy Brown, Spider Baby) and starring Robbie Lee, Joanne Nail, Monica Gayle, Don Stark, Asher Brauner, and many more. This is a legendary cult flick about the leader of an inner city girl gang that is challenged on all sides when a new girl moves into her turf. It has knife fights, roller-boogie shootouts, betrayals, more fights, more shootouts and even  a Mad Max themed car to boot! Sound wacky? It has to be seen to be believed!  Our discussion is headed off by our regular hosts Tom Komisar and Cameron Scott!     On our show, "Howling At The Full Moon" which celebrates anything related to Charles Bands Empire of Full Moon Pictures, we're going way back to the Twilight sub-label of erotica days in our 45th episode with the sci-fi softcore romp "FORBIDDEN ZONE: ALIEN ABDUCTION" from 1996.  Directed by Lucien S. Diamonde and starring Darcy DeMoss.  This loosely made science-fiction tale of an alien scientist's sexy experiments on three beautiful women released at the height of 1990's Skinemax.  Join our discussion headed off by our regular hosts Cameron Scott and Full Moon enthusiast Dustin Hubbard as they take a deep dive discussion on the story that includes random aliens, wild west sets, stock footage from other Full Moon classics like BAD CHANNELS, and the most intense widows peak in film history.  Join us!   "Intelligent life can take many forms ..."

    Sequel Too, Deja Vu - "Demons 2"

    On this show, our specialty is sequels, sequels, and more sequels.  From the good ones, to the bad ones, to the really ugly ones, we'll be covering them all!  We've got homicidal maniacs that won't stay in the grave, sci-fi epics whose stories cannot be told in a single tale, and much much more.  For our 30th episode, we'll be taking on the crazy and action packed second entry in the Italian Demons series with "DEMONS 2" from 1986. This film is once again co-written and directed by genre legend Lamberto Bava (Delirium, Blastfighter, A Blade In The Dark) and stars David Edwin Knight, Nancy Brilli, Bobby Rhodes, Coralina Cataldi-Tassoni, and Asia Argento. This sequel finds a group of tenants and visitors are this time trapped in a high-rise apartment building infested with demons who proceed to hunt the dwindling number of humans down.  Get ready to join our hosts Cameron Scott and Deryk Wehrley (Deathwoods) as they dissect and take a deep dive into one of their favorite sequels and Italian Horror movies in general. Prepare yourself for a world filled with Demons, meatheads, TV set teleportation, intrepid heroes, annoying kids, demon dogs, car crashes, a rockin' soundtrack, body melting, Birthday Cake and more!     Take Out Edition - "Suspiria"

    We bring you the 15th episode of our specialty show "Take Out Edition" where we will explore the realms of foreign cinema.  Our hosts will take you along their travels all over the globe while diving into some of the most lucid storytelling, savage cannibals, vengeful spirits, sadistic killers, and post-apocalyptic zombie-plagued landscapes. Join us as we dissect the classics that prove sometimes fear comes with subtitles.  Our hosts,  Cameron Scott and welcoming his first time co-host Suzanne Wilson Cappelletti, as they take you on yet another Italian voyage on this episode with the 1977 Dario Argento directed classic "SUSPIRIA". It was written by Daria Nicolodi; and Suspiria stars Jessica Harper, Stefania Casini, Udo Kier, and Barbara Magnolfi.  It's not quite a slasher, and not quite a Giallo, and all of a mystery about witches and the occult.  Cinema Degeneration welcomes you to enjoy some Take Out while we explore the misadventures of Suzy Bannion and her search for the answers to a string of grisly murders at a prestigious school of ballet!     Howling At The Full Moon - "Bloodstone: Subspecies 2"

    On our show, "Howling At The Full Moon" which celebrates anything related to Charles Bands Empire of Full Moon Pictures, we're going way back to the Paramount Pictures days in our 44th episode with the bloody vampiric romp sequel "BLOODSTONE: SUBSPECIES 2" from 1993 released at the height of the Paramount era.  Directed by the legendary Ted Nicolaou (Subspecies 1-5, Bad Channels, Remote, TerrorVision) and starring Anders Hove, Denice Duff, Kevin Spirtas, Melanie Shatner, Ion Haiduc, Pamela Gordon, and more.  This epic continues the ongoing saga of the demonic vampire Radu Vladislas (Hove) and his rather bloody exploits of tormenting his fledgling victim Michelle (Duff); in what may be the grandest sequel in Full Moon history! Join our discussion headed off by our regular hosts Cameron Scott and Full Moon enthusiast Dustin Hubbard as they take a deep dive discussion on the story of Radu's war on humanity and endless pursuit of Michelle and the ellusive Bloodstone.  Join us!   "Forgive me brother!     David Cronenberg Appreciation Month - "Rabid"

    An all new Appreciation Month is upon us here at Cinema Degeneration and this time we are delving into the twisted works and mind of the one and only Canadian filmmaker David Cronenberg whose career started in the late 1960's! It's a month long (maybe longer) celebration of all things body horror, strange killers, telekinesis, rampant diseases, sexual perversions, more body horror, technological mutations, oh and did we mention body horror??? Our 5th and final episode is based upon one of his earlier efforts with the 1977 body horror classick "RABID".  Starring Marilyn Chambers and Frank Moore.  It's a spine tingling, flesh crawling, teeth chattering story of a motorcyle crash/burn victim that develops a taste for human blood after experimental plastic surgery and the aftermath of her victims that turn into kill crazy zombies.  Containing scenes of violence and depravity that have to be seen to be believed.  If that doesn't sound intriguing to you, then you've got to check your pulse because you may already be dead. Our deep dive discussion and dissection on this film is headed off by author Cameron Scott and director Marcus Koch. Buckle in because it's going to be a wild ride!   "Rita, he's gone crazy! He's gone crazy, he's killing everyone!"
