    Trauma responses happen in relationships when we are used to being gas lighted and manipulated either by ex’s, family, friends, etc. that means when we are in a healthy relationship or are trying to fix the one we have old behaviors come to the forefront. In this episode we talk about how to give a good apology to our partners when they bring up something that we did. It is easy to be defensive and put blame on other things or people, but we have to unlearn old toxic behaviors that derive from trauma responses. Let’s heal together.
