Pardon My Jerk

Not a bad podcast, I just wanted to point this out. I think it’s valid that “Castro didn’t sign up to be anyone’s friend.” But if you’re going to say that we should acknowledge that Fraser didn’t sign up to be a CrossFit spokesperson. He’s the best there’s been, but that doesn’t mean he has to be a show pony for the brand. If you listened to the podcast he did say good things, but he doesn’t owe Dave Castro or the brand anything.

Being a fairly new to the CrossFit world, it’s nice to listen to more experienced CrossFiters explain things from a different perspective. I especially enjoyed the postpartum podcast. I love how they’ve expanded the conversation. If you’ve been doing CrossFit for a long time or if you’re a pregnant newbie like myself this podcast is a must! Looking forward to more content!!!!

It’s nice to sit back and listen to everyday CrossFitters just talking about a sport that they love. They really dive into interesting topics that are conversations you find yourself having daily in a gym environment. Kyle and Roby have a great rapport and respect for another, but are not afraid to hash out over disagreements. So if you are someone who enjoys nerding out on CrossFit and the games, this is the podcast for you!
