How to Make This the Best Summer of Your Life

What if this summer didn't just happen to you? In this solo episode, I share how to intentionally create the summer of your dreams rather than letting the weeks pass by on autopilot. From creating a summer bucket list and scheduling memorable experiences to making time for self-reflection and asking the people you love what they want from the season, this episode is packed with practical ideas to help you make the most of the months ahead. I explore why joy deserves a place in your diary, the importance of creating memories on purpose and how small moments often become the ones we treasure most. Whether you're planning adventures, family time, solo experiences or simply looking to bring more intention into your days, this episode will inspire you to stop waiting for the perfect moment and start creating a summer you'll actually remember. Because the summer of your dreams doesn't happen by accident. It happens when you decide to create it. Why Do So Many Brown Women Still Not Trust Themselves?

Why Do So Many Women Struggle to Trust Themselves? In this episode, I’m joined by Nisha for an honest and thought-provoking conversation about self-trust, emotional patterns and the hidden ways women abandon themselves every day. Together, we explore why so many capable, high-functioning women still find themselves overthinking decisions, people-pleasing, seeking reassurance and struggling to trust their own voice, despite appearing confident on the outside. We discuss the impact of cultural conditioning, particularly for South Asian women, and how being taught to be "good", responsible and accommodating can leave us disconnected from our own needs and instincts. One of the most powerful insights from this conversation is the difference between awareness and implementation. Understanding your patterns is important, but real transformation happens when you begin responding differently in your daily life. In this episode, we cover: Why so many women struggle with self-trustThe hidden cost of people-pleasing and overthinkingSelf-abandonment and emotional exhaustionThe impact of cultural expectations and conditioningWhy awareness alone doesn't create changePractical steps towards building genuine self-trustIf you've ever found yourself second-guessing your decisions, putting everyone else's needs before your own or feeling disconnected from what you truly want, this conversation will leave you with plenty to reflect on. A powerful episode for any woman ready to stop seeking permission and start trusting herself. I Want More

What if wanting more isn't selfish? In this honest and reflective solo episode, I share the thoughts, questions and insights that surfaced during a recent solo birthday retreat. Inspired by reading She Wanted More by Poorna Bell and spending time away from the noise of everyday life, I explore what it really means to create a life that feels aligned with who I am becoming. From self-discovery and personal growth to ambition, fulfilment and redefining success, this episode is an invitation to pause and consider what you truly want from your next chapter. I talk about: • Why gratitude and wanting more can exist at the same time • The expectations many of us carry from family, culture and society • How solo time creates space for clarity and self-reflection • The importance of regularly re-evaluating how I want to live my life • What it means to consciously design a life that feels meaningful, peaceful and authentic If you've been feeling restless, questioning what's next or sensing that there's something more available to you, I hope this conversation encourages you to listen to that inner voice and give yourself permission to explore what you truly want. Because sometimes the most important question we can ask ourselves is: What do I want more of? What If Your Life Purpose Was Already Mapped Out?

What If Your Life Purpose Was Already Mapped Out? In this episode, I’m joined by Harinder Ghatora to explore the idea that your life may have a deeper blueprint and what happens when you begin to understand it. We discuss what a Soul Plan reading actually is, how it can reveal patterns, purpose and potential blocks, and why even the sceptics might find value in this fascinating modality. I also share my own experience of having a Soul Plan reading during a challenging period of my life and how the insights from that session have unfolded over the last six years in ways I never expected. If you've ever questioned your direction, wondered whether you're living in alignment with your purpose or felt there is something more you're meant to do, this conversation offers a thought-provoking perspective on personal growth, intuition and possibility. Mother Kili: The Journey That Changed Me

What happens when ordinary women decide to do something extraordinary? In this episode, I share the story behind Mother Kili, the documentary that followed a group of South Asian women as we took on Mount Kilimanjaro and challenged stereotypes about who belongs in adventure, leadership and spaces of possibility. I reflect on the lessons the journey taught me about courage, identity and representation, and why confidence rarely comes before action. We talk about what it means to stop waiting for permission, choose yourself and take the first step before you feel ready. More than a story about climbing a mountain, this is a conversation about the mountains we all face in our own lives and the power of seeing someone who looks like you do something you once thought was impossible. If you've ever doubted yourself, questioned whether you're ready or felt like you're waiting for the right moment to begin, this episode is for you. Because confidence doesn't come first. Courage does. Welcome Back: Why I'm Returning to the Podcast After Four Years

After a four-year break, I'm back behind the microphone. In this episode, I'm sharing where I've been, why I stepped away from podcasting and what life has looked like over the past few years. From creating the Mother Kili documentary and leading one of the biggest projects of my career, to supporting my son with additional educational needs, it's been a season that required my time, energy and attention in different ways. I'm a big believer in honouring the season you're in. Not every season is about growth, visibility or doing more. Some seasons are about building, supporting the people you love and focusing on what matters most. In this honest and personal episode, I reflect on the pressures of trying to do it all, the importance of letting go of guilt and why taking a step back doesn't mean you've given up on your dreams. If you've ever felt like life has pulled you in a different direction, this episode is a reminder that it's okay to pause, recalibrate and trust that your priorities will change throughout different chapters of your life. I'm so excited to be back and grateful you're here for this next chapter.
