This podcast is basically me figuring out life out loud. What started as a podcast in 2021 eventually became my little audio diary. And after a long break, I’m back at Season 6. This time, I’m bringing you along for the conversations, stories, questions, and random thoughts that have been filling my head lately. There’ll still be solo diary entries, but I’m also opening the mic to the people I love through Between Friends. Honest, sometimes deep, sometimes completely unserious conversations about life, faith, friendship, growing up, and everything in between. No expert advice. No pretending we have it all figured out.     Welcome to the very first episode of Between Friends. And who better to start this little series with than my sizzum, Aiz? Our friendship started during the pandemic in 2020, when we had no idea that an online friendship would eventually turn into a sisterhood that would survive completely different seasons of life. Six years later, here we are — still talking, still laughing, still growing, and somehow still sisters through all the changes. In this episode, Aiz and I talk about our friendship, the seasons that shaped us, how our relationship has changed over the years, and what it looks like to keep choosing a friendship as life keeps changing around you.     Diary Entry #19: What I Choose to Carry

    I’ve been wearing the same three pieces of jewelry almost every day lately, and I realized they all mean something different to me. So in this diary entry, I’m talking about my Glinda necklace, my Favored Batch bracelet, my Pink Noise ring, and why I’m the kind of person who attaches so much meaning to things. And somehow, that conversation turned into me talking about my cousin’s wedding, being 28 and single, and my family suddenly becoming very interested in my love life. I guess I’ve been thinking a lot about the things I choose to carry and the things I don’t want to carry just because other people expect me to. A very late-night thought about jewelry, marriage, family, singleness, and trusting God with my timeline.
