Ishaan Nigam is a singer, YouTuber, and live performer based out in Mumbai. He is Sangeet Praveen in Hindustani Classical Music and is a disciple of Shri Ghulam Hasan Khan(Rampur-Sahaswan Gharana). In 2015, he was selected as top 20 musicians from India by UTV Bindass and Disney India to be a part of KMMC (A music institute founded by Dr. A.R. Rahman), Chennai where he along with 20 musicians re-composed and performed the song of Yeh Hai Aashiqui for UTV Bindass. In 2018, he made his debut in Tollywood Music Industry and sung a devotional song Kotah Panta Patha Panta composed by Josyabathla Sarma and it got telecast-ed on the SVBC TTD channel for the program Annamayya Pataku Pattaabhishekam which was conducted by legendary music director Shri MM Keeravani and Shri K Raghavendra Rao. His independent single 'O JAANA'  was featured in reputed newspaper TIMES OF INDIA, 'SAAWARIYA' was featured in ROLLING STONE INDIA edition and 'QAAFIRANA SHAYRANA' got aired on 98.7 RED FM "Red Indies Shuffle" and ROLLING STONE INDIA edition. Trained in Hindustani Classical for almost 15 years now and having a knack for involving classical elements in his songwriting, Shivansh writes songs with a contemporary approach and yet with an effort to make classical more accessible to laymen. Shivansh has been an All India Radio and Delhi Doordarshan artist and has won several awards for his solo performances.
