Redefine Strength

Thank you for sharing and being transparent! I appreciate your point of view with a Faith foundation and Fitness/gym owner perspective. My goal in listening to a podcast this morning was to encourage and inspire as I am getting my own fitness business off the ground. Please don’t stop! I know you’re topic is broader than just ‘Gym business owner’, I would enjoy hearing more from someone who’s trail is blaze ahead of mine in the business world. Nevertheless, I enjoy how you incorporate life stories to depict that, because we’re all real and have ups and downs in our stories, professionally and personally. But, if we’re honest we all know our personal life affects whatever we do for livelihood. I noticed it’s been since February, But I HOPE this is not the last episode, do it for yourself and for others like myself who need encouragement! Also, if you don’t mind feedback from a listener, there was a little bit of static fuzz which can make it tough to listen BUT, all in all please don’t let that keep you from recording, what you have to share is worth sharing !
