    This episode is about showing kindness to people in everyday in life. The things I talk about in this episode is how to be kind to others and show kindness to other people everyday in life. My main goal with this episode is to share the message on how to show kindness to people during these rough times in the world right now. The goals in the episode I hope to share these things with you guys on why showing kindness is awesome and how it can show a persons character in general in a good way and the good in a person. The ways of showing gratitude and the ways I have learned to show it everyday in life and learning about showing people in everyday life like people I am around like teachers, coaches and other adults in my life.  The point of this podcast episode is to encourage people to show gratitude everyday in life and to show appreciation to people by helping out or doing a simple act of kindness and going out of your way to help someone in need or to show kindness.

    This episode is about all of my insecurities with food and my body as a volleyball player and how I overcame it. The things I have learned is how to eat food without earning it through a workout and how I have learned to love food as well as my body. I also talk about how the things I faced changed me as a volleyball player in general with my mindset to loving my body the way it is and loving food a lot more as well.
