Hi! My name is Alex, and I'm a crazy long distance runner with a big ponytail and a lot of stories to share! My goal is to spread the love of running through personal stories, advice, running news, interviews, and by answering listener questions. I can't wait to start this journey and talk about the greatest (and most exhausting) thing you can do: going for a run.
