So here are three essential points that I think you should consider when looking for the right realtor number one level of experience very critical to your transaction: 1. Years: Has that Realtor been in the business calls localized are they do they know the market extremely important 2. Full-time: Does the realtor have another job? Do they answer their phone? Do they return emails? Are they available 7 days a week? 3. Contract Law: Contracts are extremely important. They are legal and binding. There are many many different contracts and they have many definitions. So I can't stress that the realtor that you hire should know contract negotiations very very well. Give me a call. You should sell right now and this year again under low supply high demand both in Marinette and Menominee County in all price ranges that are pre-approved.Remember interest rates are low buyers are there, they are looking and they want to spend money. If you can get an interest rate and you're looking to buy a home. Are you going to pay more money than you bet so sellers get ready. Number three appraisals are running high RPMs are busy. Most of them are two to three weeks out and the values are staying consistent. It's only going to increase we are so blessed that Marinette Marine did get their 800 million dollar contract and it is going to be a very economically strong local market. I don't see the number of people out at the store the cars in the parking lot, what I see are the essential workers that show up for work everyday. All the cleaning that is being done to assure that we are safe, cleaning people that show up at the hospital, the gas stations all the businesses, all of you. The teachers that are supporting the children that are trying to learn and work from home. The Community is so strong and so amazing that you need to just feel good about living in Marinette and Menominee County. Thirty years of doing real estate, I hear it all the time are transitional people that come into this area cannot believe how neighbor friendly everyone is and how they feel good about living in this beautiful community. So here's what's going on. We're getting a lot of phone calls from frustrated buyers. I get it, but don't let anxiety get the best of you just slow down and take a look at it online. We're getting a lot of activity online. We have upped our marketing as far as technology goes. So we are helping buyers the best that we can to be able to get them into these houses. We are also educating them on the different products that are available with their lender and all the different types of things that they can do to protect themselves. So making offers on homes that they haven't been in so the market we were keeping the momentum going but believe me once this lockdown gets lifted this Market is going to take off these interest rates are really low. So if you're selling stay calm again, don't let anxiety get the best of you this will lift and buyers will be looking at your home. The best thing you can do right now is to get your home ready so that it's very marketable inside and out. Take a drive by you can't miss us. So here's what you need to know regarding the coronavirus in the real estate market on the Wisconsin side and the Michigan side since we are a bordering state. Is it a good time to sell? Yes it is the market is stable people are looking at homes online and they are driving by it gives them something to do, you have plenty of time if you're not on the market to prepare your home inside and out. Is it a good time to buy? Yes. It is the rates are low and I'm getting a few inquiries saying, hey I heard the banks aren't giving money that is absolutely not true. Loans are out there and banks are lending. The process has slowed down but they are still lending money and the rates are still low so get out there and continue to look buy a home. It is a good time to either list or sell. On the Wisconsin side we are considered essential. Real estate agents can still conduct showings and at Assist2Sell, we put our clients and customers foremost with safety so we are conducting showings and we are looking at homes and we are being safe for everyone especially because we truly care about the community. On the Michigan side we are considered non-essential. Real estate agents are not supposed to have any face-to-face appointments on the Michigan side. We have found a way to work around that, so again if you are interested on the Michigan side, don't hesitate on giving us a call. We have a lot of new listings coming up and I am sure you're gonna want to get into them. So again please, it is a good time to list, it is a good time to sell.
