    Time stamps for yall are below if you wanna skip to certain bits :)  Thanks for listening to this casual car chat about my fitness journey, what got me into bodybuilding recently, and learning to follow what just feels right and makes you happy when picking a training style.  This is more of a laid back story telling episode today of where I started working out, and everything all along the journey, with a 20 minute feature at the end talking about doing bodybuilding shows for the right reason.
