I sat down with one of my good friends that I haven’t seen since high school, and we really just caught up on life, business, and the grind behind building something for yourself. We talked about his journey into real estate, what it’s really like becoming a real estate agent in New York, and the work that goes on behind the scenes in the industry. We also got into his content creation journey with his streaming channel, where he reacts to videos and creates content across YouTube and TikTok. From balancing business and social media, to traveling, networking, and staying motivated, this conversation was full of real advice and genuine laughs. On top of that, he asked me about my own journey with The House Aftermath, how the podcast has been growing, and what keeps me motivated to continue creating. Whether she’s DJing or hosting, she knows how to read the room, set the tone, and create moments that actually stick. We talked about her journey as a female DJ, the importance of community, and how she blends global sounds, deep-house grooves, classic hits, and high-energy drops into unforgettable experiences.
