    HIS Senior Daniel Fryer joins us for an episode about overcoming setbacks in sports. Daniel is a multi-sport athlete at HIS and was hit with a major injury which put an end to his sports season. He takes us through his emotions while sitting on the sidelines, but also tells us what positives he drew from this experience. At the end of the episode he looks towards the future of his sporting career.
