Excellent podcast

What a terrific podcast! A wealth of information, even if you don’t suffer from regular insomnia. Made me reflect on the importance of good sleep habits for better overall health. I loved the scientific research along with the fascinating link to breath and brain-waves. I might even give the morning and nighttime breath practice a go based on the sleep guru’s advise. Great stuff!

Great perspectives on how physical well-being intersects with mental well-being and results in just generally feeling better and more confident about oneself.
