This podcast in general will follow with my Instagram, and be about mental health, art, motherhood in general as well as dealing with a special needs child (which is new for me here on IG). I'm excited to start this and share with you sooner of my stories in a way that comes a bit more naturally to me these days than writing about them. Writers block has been a son of a bitch for me lately, so I figured I'd be more comfortable talking off camera about stuff. Thus, the podcast idea was born! 🙌
