I’m a Mamá-ShowHost-Streamer-Educator-Creative trying to “human” post-(covid)pandemic. During my long covid recovery I asked myself "what is my passion...what brings me joy...what wakes me up each day and gets me going???" I also wanted to ask that of others...so I invited speakers to share their life passion with my students, virtually, during the pandemic...which resulted in the #passionprojectspeakerseries 2021. In 2022, speakers came in person, to my school for #passionprojectspeakerseries 2022! Now I'm kicking off the #passionprojectspeakerseries on my Super Comadre Claudia Show!

    S1 E2: In this episode I will be talking about conserving, preserving, and reserving my energy for the “must do’s”...I chose to record this moment because I had just experienced my hands and arms going numb, cold , and tingly after attending a meeting regarding school stuff…I’m trying to pinpoint potential triggers that may start up the anxiety attack engine...because I need to learn how to slow and shut it down...
