    "And podcasters we shall be..." We are BACK after quite the hiatus (it was for a good reason, we promise) to chat about one of Dalton's favorite movies. And, though on paper this wouldn't have been Alyssa's normal cup of tea, she enjoyed it more than expected! Tune in as we break down the plot of both movies, talk about the cast (and who was almost in the cast), and share some fun behind the scenes facts. Plus, we've got a quick trivia game at the end!     TMF Episode 88: Monsters Inc. & Monsters University

    We scare because we care...and boy does this episode have its fair share of scares! Not only do we break down these two amazing movies, but Dalton shares a monstrous story of his own! We do spend the majority of this week's episode talking about our favorite parts, the amazing voiceover cast, and the famous Pixar easter eggs we love so much.     TMF Episode 87: Red Dawn

    WOLVERINES!!! (You know we had to.) We are so excited to bring you this week's double feature--one of the rare occasions where a remake completely holds up against the original. Both iterations of Red Dawn have an incredible cast, powerful writing, and great acting, not to mention the absolutely wild action sequences. You will not believe how many famous people are in this movie--in fact, we continuously forget just how many.     TMF Episode 85: Our Final Christmas Episode (Double Feature!)

    Well folks, the most wonderful time of year is coming to an end and so is this year's holiday series. We've had a blast with these episodes, and we've got one more for you in 2022! This week, we're talking about  2 Silly Christmas Movies: A Christmas Story and National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. Both made in the 80s and filled with slapstick & physical comedy, we can't wait to get into these. Though neither of them are our favorite holiday films, they are considered classics and we know a ton of people out there watch them every year--which leads me to apologize in advance if these are your faves. We've got a lot to say about them. But, some of it is positive! We promise! Stay through to the end for our final trivia of the year.     It's the most wonderful time of the year...our Christmas Series! For this first week we're starting off strong with a handful of Netflix holiday movies (boy, do we wish this was sponsored). Tune in to hear us talk about two popular trilogies--A Christmas Prince & The Princess Switch, as well as Christmas Inheritance, and the newest addition to the streaming service: Falling For Christmas, aka the Lindsay Lohan Resurgence. We chat about what all these movies have in common, all the best and worst movie tropes, and of course the NCCU (Netflix Christmas Cinematic Universe).
