    Mondologue: What does your Intuition say?

    I've spent the summer tuning into my inner voice, my intuition has to lead me to stillness and movement but mostly investigation. Of everything! Being '' spirit-led '' or following my intuition has never felt so hard, mainly because we have never been exposed to so much information. The pandemic has set the scene for fear-based thinking and staying open isn't always easy.  In this episode, I explore what intuition is, how I follow mine, and the stories and circumstances that I know intuition has influenced.
