I see this over and over again people being afraid of dealing with the people who hurt them and the way that they did as a child and as an adult. I'm not doing that no more.     A little about me and my depression

    I wanted to create a safe space for people with mental health issues. This is just a little about me. Excuse me if I'm unorganized but this is my first podcast. Plus depression is unorganized. I'm also on my Spiritual journey so I have the ability to help others raise their vibrations. I just struggle with raising mine and staying there. I really want to vent and find people who understands me🥺
