Formerly known as "Trauma Unpacked" for a class. After it ended I realized how much I enjoyed it and wanted to restart it with a less structured spin. In short, I am just a girl trying to learn, process, and grow. I realized that my deepest desire is to have peace in each aspect of my life, so I have chosen to embark on the journey to actively seek it out. So let's seek peace together. I want to continue to learn about mental health, trauma, and psychology but I also want to vibe and be real about what I currently face.
