    In our first podcast episode we talk about Dan's car accident from 2018- an event that neither of us will ever forget. Dan talks to us about the day of the accident as it unfolded as well as a few hospital stories and his road back to recovery. Dan is now back to full health, with a thriving Personal Training and Online Coaching business, helping people overcome negative self beliefs and reduce stress in order to build a better body and a stronger mind.
