But we also meet up with some of our departed ancestors to help us find the spark that helps to light our fires again.We do some somatic breathwork, using a modified Skull Illuminating breath. We also enjoy a Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath, of course our guided meditation, and finish with some final breathwork to ground back into our bodies. Come and join me for this wonderful class.
