    Life is Happening from You, Not to You

    As you listen to today’s episode- I want to invite you to allow your mind and heart to be open to hear my perspective. To see the events of our past, present, and future- as opportunities for your souls growth vs stories to hold onto that aren’t allowing you to live the life that truly lights you up! This may be the shift in perspective you have been waiting for, or it may be a seed that in time will start to take form- allowing you to blossom at the most perfect and beautiful timing! Thank you for listening, now let’s dive in! *edit* since creating this episode I heard someone say the phrase, “life is not happening to you, life is happening from you”! This makes so much sense if we know we are energetic beings! We are co-creating our life with this amazing & powerful Source Energy, Creator of all things in this Universe. And with this simple switch in the word ‘for’ to ‘from’ we automatically are in the drivers seat, with the vehicle being the Creator! When we are able to embody this awareness of how powerful we truly are- as extensions of this most beautiful Universe of light and love~ then we life truly is flowing from us! The key then to create the life that lights you up? Align yourself within to the beautiful and powerful Source Energy! How? Create a morning and/or evening practice of meditation, prayer, movement, breathing exercises. Walk in nature. Sing! Dance! Take time to just be. There is no right or wrong way to align within- just be easy with yourself and with a little practice, you will find the life that is happening from you is beginning to match the dreams and desires you hold in your heart.     The Metaphor that Empowered Me- and May it Empower you too!

    In this very first episode, in my very first podcast I am diving in to give you the most important metaphor that changed my life... it gave me my power back. Listen as I share the metaphor of empowerment- that came to me in meditation, as a direct result of an inner conflict I was having. All it took was a moment of being open to receive one of the most empowering tools I have today that can shift me from looking outside myself (disempowered) to looking within (empowered). For it’s a practice, that if utilized in all moments of struggle- has the ability to guide you back to joy and living a life that truly lights you up!
