    EP 17.5 品莉賽後的心得與未來半年規劃

    本集會討論一下這次比賽後的感覺，並且稍微聊一下關於之後半年她的計畫，也中間有提到一些關於訓練氣氛的影響，即使像她這樣水準的選手依舊會被旁人跟環境影響這麼大，這部分似乎也是我們國內該好好思考關於訓練時，是不是單純只要思考我們的訓練計畫就好了呢？

    EP 17 何品莉 俄羅斯的蹼泳移地訓練兼匈牙利的比賽驗收談

    這次與品莉約了一小段時間，聊聊關於品莉二月到了俄羅斯的托木斯克進行移地訓練，在那邊遇到了些文化衝擊的趣事，同時也接受了世界傳統的蹼泳強權訓練方式，並藉二月底在匈牙利的比賽驗收，讓我們聽一下她對於這趟旅程的感想與未來展望吧！ P.S. 這次錄音是在2/20品莉飛往匈牙利前一晚…過兩天後烏俄戰爭就開始了！真的十分剛好…但還好順利離開了，這邊也希望烏克蘭的紛擾儘早結束，人民可以回到家鄉安心生活。
