Chair Powell is out, and the new Fed Chair is expected to be Kevin Warsh. David believes Powell struggled with one of the Fed's key responsibilities: maintaining price stability. Interest rates have started rising due to tensions involving Iran and instability in the Middle East. While some countries are reportedly willing to negotiate, there are still major questions: Who is actually in charge? Who is negotiating? What happens next?
