Book Recap: My 2021 reads so far...

Hi my friend, I'm so glad to be back-although very briefly- after a while. This is the last episode of season 1 and I'll be back in another month with so much good stuff and lots of new, interesting and regular content for the show so don't be a stranger and keep in touch with me and send me your feedback on the show so far so I get on the right track!  As for today, I'm rating and talking about my reads in these past 6 months and sharing with you my recommendations and thoughts on them. Please do send me your book recommendations as well, I'm always looking for something new to read. Today I discuss:  One of Us is Lying by Kate McManus Circe by Madeline Miller A very large expanse of sea by Taherah Mafi the night circus by Erin Morgenstern  Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen  A tale of two cities by Charles Dickens And the mountains echoed by Khaled Hosseini Born a crime by Trevor Noah All the light we cannot see by Anothony Doerr  Being mortal by Atul Gawande  I'd love to stay in contact during my intermission and would love to hear your ideas for the next season. I am also looking for a pen-pal to write very aesthetic heartfelt letters too so if you're interested hmu. Thanks for Daydreamin with me during these episodes and I sincerely hope I entertained you or taught you something new, see y'all next month inshallah!  ________________ PLEASE KEEP TALKING ABOUT PALESTINE! Palestine links: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1pmydrSFxEd7pmQ48JK6EXpbPIBYS_yAJrt9zM3f-pXU/edit?usp=sharing ___________ Hey everyone! First episode recorded in June so happy pride to my beautiful LGBTQ+ listeners! Today's episode is a reflection kinda audio journal vibe on graduating school, what's next and some of the most important things I've learnt along the journey. It was weird this time, I lost some audio and the volume was doing strange painful things but I decided to go with it anyways. So excited for what's to come and inshallah this step brings me closer to accomplishing all that I want to bring to the world around me. Don't forget to share the episode and leave a review to let me know what I can improve on.  Share your daydreams with me at:  daydreaminpodcastg@gmail.com @daydreamin_pod on insta
