Lucy Abigail on finding clarity and fulfillment as a result of asking the right questions and staying curious EP20

The focus on today's episode is on clarity and fulfilment - how positive psychology sees these. Most importantly. What are the keys to clarity. Maybe you find yourself setting a goal and not committing to it all way through? Or perhaps you feel you really want to change your life but don’t know what would make you happy or where to start? Those are few of the questions we are answering in this episode. My guest today is young curious woman, fulfilment seeker Lucy Abigail. Lucy Abigail is a young businesswoman and fulfilment seeker here today to share the science-backed tips that helped her.. live a more fulfilling life. Growing up Lucy struggled to know what she should do to live a life of ultimate happiness and to pass with no regrets. When no-one around her could give her a satisfying answer she, aged fourteen, turned to the world of positive psychology, the science behind all the best self-help books. And there the most reputable psychologists became her teachers, and with them, she found answers to some of her life's most challenging questions.  In the upcoming conversation we will capture Lucy’s story as she, at the very young age, questioned the answers that were given to her, we will discuss the difference between excellence and perfection, happiness and fulfilment, what is decision fatigue, and how setting your goals can act as an anxiety relief. Lucy will explain what clarity means to her, why it's important to have purpose, motivations and roadmap and how one can find his/her passions... This is very interesting conversation that explores the mind of a young curious woman that is not settling for less that she is capable of.  If you wish to purchase Lucy’s book/ journal ‘’keys to clarity’’ and hold yourself accountable while working towards your goals– please follow the links below. www.keystoclarity.co.uk keystoclarity.ck.page/newsletter Instagram @keys_to_clarity Pinterest @keys_to_clarity
