Crystal being a female and Gilbert being a father to 4 girls and a grand daughter he finds great comfort in knowing his daughters could “snap an arm” if push comes to shove. They give back through their non-profit they run together, where they teach young girls and boys boxing and Jiu Jitsu as a way to self-defend.
