Como consequência direta da crise do COVID, ela recentemente decidiu deixar sua atividade de pesquisa de lado para se concentrar no poder de cura da Natureza no bem-estar humano. Como ecoterapeuta, ela pretende divulgar os múltiplos benefícios da imersão na Natureza e do desperto da consciência no ar livre sobre a saúde física, mental e espiritual. Artista amadora, ela cria ilustrações que divulga no seu blog Serendipity.pt para exibir a beleza da vida, promover a proteção da Vida Selvagem e da Biodiversidade e espalhar energia curadora positiva para o mundo.⁠ ⁠ 🇬🇧 Cathy Besson is a French researcher in the field of plant ecology. For the last 20 years she worked in the Faculty of Science of Lisbon, where she studied the impact of climate changes on Mediterranean vegetation and more specifically on the Portuguese oak woodland. She loves nature and hiking and enjoys to share her passion for ecology with anybody willing to reconnect with our beautiful planet Earth. As a direct consequence of the COVID crisis, she recently decided to leave her research activity aside to focus on the healing power of Nature on human well-being. As an ecotherapist she aims to promulgate the multiple benefits of Nature immersion and outdoor awareness on the physical and mental health.
