An international yoga teacher, teacher trainer, and mentor, Serena is known for her embodied, accessible, and quietly radical approach to practice. Her work blends strength and softness, discipline and devotion, inviting students to meet themselves honestly—whether right side up or upside down. From arm balances and inversions to slow, grounding rituals, her teaching encourages curiosity, courage, and play. Serena is also a prenatal and children’s yoga teacher and a trained doula, supporting people through pregnancy, birth, parenting, and life’s many thresholds.
