    Policy Reform Please!: Why Policies Need to be More Inclusive to Gender and Sexuality Diverse People

    In this episode, I explain why college campus housing policies are outdated and need to be changed. They do not reflect on the needs of LGBTQ+ students, especially transgender nonbinary people and those with nonbinary sexualities. With certain reforms, rigid binary categories will be eliminated in language and policy to promote the well-being and equality of those students. Greater reform at large must be more inclusive towards the true fluidity of gender and sexuality.
